This Friday, Britney Spears and Kevin Federline are heading to court again for another emergency custody hearing.

This time, there is a videotape showing Britney was running a red light while driving her two sons, Jayden James and Sean Preston, along with the court-appointed monitor.

According to the court records, it is said that K-Fed’s attorney, made the request for the hearing. And Britney’s lawyer argued in front of the press that, “Ms. Spears was being mobbed by paparazzi at the time. She was distracted. This was not blatant irresponsible driving on her part.”
